<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase control device for generating a gate driving voltage provided to a transistor by full-wave rectification using a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: Switching means 3 includes a first transistor 31 a source of which is connected to one end of an AC power source 1 and a drain of which is connected to one end of a load 2 and a second transistor 32 a source of which is connected to the other end of the AC power source 1 and a drain of which is connected to the other end of the load 2. One of input terminals of a diode bridge 71 of constant voltage generation means 7 is connected to the junction of the AC power source 1 and the first transistor 31, and the other input terminal of the diode bridge 71 is connected to the junction of the AC power source 1 and the second transistor 32. A resistor 72 and a parallel circuit consisting of a Zener diode 74 and a capacitor 73 are connected in series between output terminals of the constant voltage generation means 7. Potential of control terminals of the transistors 31 and 32 is switched between potential of the junction of the parallel circuit and the resistor 72 and potential of a negative output terminal of the diode bridge 71. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
