<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user of an external computer which makes an image forming apparatus print to recognize a waiting time until the image forming apparatus changes from an unprintable state to a printable state. <P>SOLUTION: When the image forming apparatus 200 connected to a control computer 100 and made by the control computer to perform printing is in the unprintable state of being unable to carry out printing from the control computer, the control computer is used which includes an information acquiring means that acquires from the image forming apparatus necessary information to specify a state change waiting time from the present time to a state change time when the image forming apparatus changes from the printing unable state to the printable state of being able to carry out printing, and an informing means that makes an informing part of the control computer inform the state change waiting time specified on the basis of the information acquired by the information acquiring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
