<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for easily manufacturing a printing plate which is available for high-definition printing and high-accuracy printing and has a thin plate thickness and a satisfactorily uniform plate thickness. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a printing plate having recesses and protrusions formed on a sheet-like support member includes: a stacking step of forming a two-layer laminate obtained by laminating a photosensitive resin composition layer 204 comprising a photosensitive resin composition having a viscosity of 0.2 to 50.0 Pa s on the top surface of a photomask or mold 202; a laminating step of laminating the sheet-like support member on the photosensitive resin composition layer at a predetermined speed to form a three-layer laminate comprising the photomask or mold, the photosensitive resin composition layer, and the sheet-like support member; a pressing step of pressing the three-layer laminate at a predetermined speed; an exposure step of irradiating the three-layer laminate with ultraviolet rays from the side of the photomask or mold; and a separation step of separating the photomask or mold from the photosensitive resin composition layer after exposure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
