<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell having a high generation efficiency by efficiently utilizing heat energy of radiant heat and high-temperature exhaust gas from a fuel cell stack. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell (1) comprises: a fuel cell stack (3) formed by layering a plurality of power generation cells (11) which generate electricity by reacting fuel (F) and air (A); a reformer (5) generating a reformed fuel (RF) by steam-reforming the fuel (F) introduced from outside and supplying it to the fuel cell stack (3); and a combustor (9) burning exhaust air (EA) and at least a part of exhaust fuel (EF) from the fuel cell stack (3) and supplying the generated heat to the reformer (5). In the fuel cell (1), the reformer (5) and the combustor (9) are integrally formed and disposed around the fuel cell stack (3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
