PURPOSE: A three-dimensional model cross section simulating method and an apparatus thereof for reducing the consumption of a memory are provided to easily modify, add and delete the modeling by individually modeling the three-dimensional model. CONSTITUTION: A crossing inspection unit inspects a crossing point with an input stroke and an edge(S102). A cutting section former projects an inspection result to a local coordinate system(S104). A triangle divider performs a triangle division about a formed cutting section. A texture mapping unit maps texture(S108). A cutting section former moves the cutting cross section according to depth(S110). A simulation output unit outputs an internal cutting section(S112). |
