<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify attributes of a user who has records such as a click for each advertisement and utilize for distribution condition of advertisement. <P>SOLUTION: An attribute common in users with records such as clicks or application for each advertisement is extracted by controlling a server computer which distributes advertisement. The attribute is stored in association with an advertisement or an advertiser to be utilized for distribution condition of the advertisement independently or in combination with other condition.
