<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a mounting member and an external component mounting structure, capable of stably installing an external component such as a solar cell panel on a vertical roofing without depending on a protrusion shape of exterior structure of the roof. <P>SOLUTION: A vertical roofing exterior material 1 comprises a face plate part 11 and a molded part 12 that is a raised edge at both sides thereof. In an installation structure of a mounting member 2, a protrusion 10 is formed of respective molded parts 12 and 12 of the roofing exterior materials 1 laid down adjacent to one another, and the mounting member 2 (2A and 2B) is fastened to the protrusion 10 with a fastener 3. The mounting member 2 includes a gripping part 22 arranged across the right and left outsides of the protrusion 10 and a clipping part 21 arranged across the further outside of the gripping part 22. The fastener 3 inwardly presses the clipping part 21. When the fastener 3 is tightened in a state that a mounting member 4 faces the protrusion 10, the clipping part 21 presses the gripping part 22 from both sides so as to hold the protrusion 10 with clipping pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
