<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejecting apparatus that can assure ejecting properties of a bubble which exists in a liquid channel, even if variation of characteristics arises for each of nozzle arrays, and to provide its control method. <P>SOLUTION: A printer controller can generate a driving signal for flushing COM 1, the driving signal for flushing includes two or more driving pulses for flushing FLP11 in a unit period T, and is a driving signal in which a driving condition of a piezoelectric vibrator can be changed by making a pair of intervals ph of driving pulses for flushing which adjoins each other on a time axis different for each of pairs. The printer controller applies driving pulses for each flushing contained in a driving signal for flushing for each of piezoelectric vibrators corresponding to a nozzle array, one by one changing driving condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
