<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that if heat treatment is applied to a natural casing in a smoke house, after filling up the natural casing which is provided by connecting and extending whole surfaces of connection parts of a plurality of animal natural casings, with the contents, although the exterior of the natural casing starts heat shrinkage, it does not cause the sausage with uniform appearance in many cases, since degrees of heat shrinkage differ in the part heat-treated and connected with natural casing in the last process and the non-heating part. <P>SOLUTION: In the natural casing for sausages which mutually connects a plurality of animal natural casings of predetermined length, an overlapped part is provided by locating either one of the end parts inside of the end of the natural casing of another side in piles at predetermined length so as to communicate mutually.
