<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product carrying-out device in a cutting machine, in which saw teeth chipping of a saw blade can be prevented, which is caused when a cut product moves and collides against the reference vice jaw of a product carrying-out vice device when cutting a material whose straightness is not good. <P>SOLUTION: The product carrying-out device in the cutting machine having a body vice device 4 and a carrying-out vice device 1 includes: a fluid pressure cylinders 25 provided by joining/fixing to bring the reference vice jaw 3 and moving vice jaw 5 close to each other and separate them from each other; a spring 41 which always energizes the reference vice jaw in a fixed vice reference direction of the body vice device; a stroke regulating means 30 which regulates, when the fixed vice reference is set to Y=0 and the allowable bent amount of the product side material near the saw blade traveling line is set to ΔY, the movable range of the reference vice jaw in a Y direction with respect to the fixed vice reference to Y=±ΔY; and a reference vice jaw fixing means regulating the movement of the reference vice jaw in the Y direction after holding the material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
