A method for transmitting sounding reference signal, and a method and device for indicating configuration are disclosed. Wherein, the method for indicating the sounding reference signal configuration can includes: generating at least two downlink control signaling(DCI), in which each DCI includes a configuration information element of the sounding reference signaling(SRS); transmitting above at least two DCI to a terminal in a sub-frame, in order to co-indicate the SRS configuration by the SRS configuration information elements in above at least two DCI. The solution of embodiment in the present invention can improve the accuracy and flexibility of indicating the SRS configuration.
