<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-injection head which reduces an environmental load, suppresses a leakage current and has superior piezoelectric characteristics, and also to provide a liquid injection apparatus and a piezoelectric element. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid-injection head includes a pressure generation chamber communicated with a nozzle opening; and a piezoelectric element that has a piezoelectric layer and an electrode provided in the piezoelectric layer. The piezoelectric layer comprises a complex oxide having a perovskite-type structure containing bismuth, cerium, iron and cobalt, and contains cobalt in a molar ratio of 0.125 or more and 0.875 or less based on the total amount of iron and cobalt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
