<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract and remove a harmful materials from a waste wood materials, and then to make harmless and safe the waste wood materials economically. SOLUTION: Carbon dioxide is used, which is originally existent in the natural world, and safe as well as economical, so as to remove harmful materials from waste wood materials. Since the temperature and pressure in supercritical state of the carbon dioxide are not so high compared with another materials, the critical state can be gotten easilier than those of another materials. In this case, the temp. is made to be about not less than 31.1 deg.C, and the press. is made to be at least not less than about 7.38 MPa so as to control the density of carbon dioxide. By this condition, it comes to be possible to control to remove the harmful materials from the waste wood materials, which is difficult to remove, and to carry out safely the incineration treatment and the recycling, and the used carbon dioxide can be continuously re-used.</p> |
