<p>A method and apparatus for unlocking a touch screen and a terminal device are provided. The method includes displaying to-be-filled areas on the touch screen (S102), receiving the operation of touching the to-be-filled areas, and determining the filled areas obtained by filling the to-be-filled areas according to the touch operation (S104), and unlocking the touch screen, in the case that the filled areas and the to-be-filled areas meet the unlocking policy (S106).
