PURPOSE: A pick-and-place device for manufacturing a back light unit is provided to improve the accuracy of productivity of manufacturing the backlight unit by realizing a structure which can absorb the impact of a pickup tool with a pickup tool supporting unit. CONSTITUTION: A pickup tool grips a light emitting device(2b) or a quantum dot bar(2c). Or the pickup tool cancels after locating the light emitting element or the quantum dot bar on one side of a light guiding plate(2a). A pickup supporting unit combines the pickup tool on one end and absorbs the impact of the pickup tool by moving the pickup tool when the pickup tool grips or cancels the grip of the light emitting element or the quantum dot bar. |
