<p>PURPOSE: A method for recycling nickel is provided to manufacture high purity of nickel metal by efficiently recycling nickel from sludge. CONSTITUTION: A method for recycling nickel comprises next steps. Sludge is dried. The dried sludge is crashed. Impurities are removed from the crushed material by a vacuum dust collector to yield nickel metal. The crushed material is filtered through a sieve of 50~200mesh and non-filtered crushed materials are obtained. The crushed materials obtained are melted. Gas generated in melting is absorbed by the vacuum dust collector. Harmful gas is removed from the absorbed gas through a wet scrubber. The inner wall of the wet scrubber is formed from a fluorine-acid-resistant material.</p> |
