<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a graphite aggregate molding, which is capable of suppressing occurrence of a crack by providing an action for reducing strain remaining on graphite contained in a molding. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the graphite aggregate molding, when a molding material containing the graphite having a high density is injected and molded in a mold in which the mold wall surface of a part corresponding to the inner wall of the molding is disposed in the facing surface of a gate opening, the release of the holding pressure of the mold and re-pressurization are repeatedly performed after the completion of injection of the molding material. The molding material is pressurized in a molten state and then, the release of a pressurizing force and the re-pressurization are repeatedly performed to release the strain caused by mutual contacts among carbon granules constituting a raw material and to eliminate failures such as the occurrence of the crack caused by a stress remaining in the molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
