<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element having a novel structure different from conventional one, a light-emitting element with low driving voltage, and a light-emitting element having high heat resistance and durability by using a material that is a mixture of an organic compound and an inorganic compound. <P>SOLUTION: In a light-emitting element in which a composite layer 103 that is a mixture of an organic compound and an inorganic compound is sandwiched between a first electrode 101 and a second electrode 102, the composite layer 103 is formed of a first layer 111 including a first organic compound and a first inorganic compound showing a electron accepting property to the first organic compound, a second layer 112 including a second organic compound showing light-emission and a second inorganic compound, and a third layer including a third organic compound and a third inorganic compound showing a electron donating property to the third organic compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
