The present invention provides a demodulation method and device, and the demodulation method includes: a terminal groups the service resource elements (REs) of the Res in the service symbols of the baseband frequency domain signal, as service groups; calculates the interference reducing coefficient corresponding to each service group, multiplies the baseband frequency domain signal and/or channel estimation value corresponding to each service group by the interference reducing coefficient corresponding to that service group, and demodulates said interference reducing processed baseband frequency domain signal and channel estimation value. The technical solution of the present invention can improve demodulation performance effectively in the condition that the service data which the terminal received are subjected to interference.
