<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vivo antioxidant that has high effects and is safe; and to provide a food and beverage, a medicine and a perfume composition that contains the antioxidant. <P>SOLUTION: The in-vivo antioxidant includes at least one of plants of the families Lamiaceae, Lauraceae, Myrtaceae and Compositae, an extract of the plant or a fraction of the extract of the plant as an active ingredient.
