<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of performing deodorization and disinfection of a heating chamber or articles stored therein without accompanying heating and humidification. <P>SOLUTION: A heating cooker 1 includes a heating chamber 20. Foods F stored therein are heated by high frequency, steam, hot air, or combination thereof. The heating chamber 20 includes a circulation fan 51 that circulates internal gas and a supply/exhaust fan 31 that supplys air from outside and exhausts air outside. In an air duct 33 that connects the supply/exhaust fan 31 to an exhaust port 32, a feed pipe 36 to be an air inlet path for the heating chamber 20 and an exhaust pipe 37 that serves an air outlet path from the heating chamber 20 are provided. An ion generator 44 is installed in the feed pipe 36. In the feed pipe 36 and exhaust pipe 37, a channel switching device 40 is provided to select whether positive/negative ions generated in the ion generator 44 are introduced into the inside of the heating chamber 20 or discharged to the outside of the heating cooker 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
