摘要
本「锁具」创作系设计使用于一般金属门或房间门等配置之锁具,以其外型产生的内部空间,放置本锁具已申请新型专利音乐铃门锁 ( PAT.73868、56128 ) 通过之电子组件,而达成其功能。使用时仅须将锁具上所设计之一只按键压下,屋内即有音乐铃声发出。整体外型由简洁的几合线条构成新颖美观的造型,而与传统锁具的外观有全然不同的设计。本创作符合专利法「首先创作」、「适于美感」之规定,创作者爰依法提出申请。
