<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil using windings with a semiconductive layer on their surfaces and capable of effectively reducing partial discharge between the windings. <P>SOLUTION: A coil 4 comprises: a core 10 having teeth 11; an insulator 12 covering the core 10; and windings 13 that are wound and aligned on the periphery of the teeth 11 through the insulator 12, have a conductor 20, an insulating layer 21 covering the conductor 20 and a semiconductive layer 22 covering the insulating layer 21, and are shaped into quadrilaterals. On the surface of the insulator 12 covering the teeth 11, concavities 31-36 holding the windings 13 in a predetermined sloping attitude from the axis direction S of the teeth 11 are formed on the whole periphery of the teeth 11 except a turn change section. The windings 13 are wound along the concavities 31-36 on the periphery of the teeth 11 so that adjacent turns of the windings 13 touch each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
