<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a required mounting space accompanying the use of a high-frequency generation device, when the high-frequency generation device such as a magnetron is used in a vehicle having a mounted engine. <P>SOLUTION: As a temperature control system 10 of a high-frequency generation device 30, a heat exchanger 25 is provided in the periphery of a main body 31, which is a heat generator of the high-frequency generation device 30. A temperature control flow channel 26 is formed on the heat exchanger 25. The temperature control flow channel 26 is connected to a fluid circuit 20 in which fluid circulates to cool an engine 18. In the heat exchanger 25, heat exchange is carried out between the fluid circulating in the flow channel 26 for temperature control and the main body 31 of the high-frequency generation device 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
