<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for manufacturing an information display panel that can be installed easily and inexpensively at a reverse side of the substrate conveying surface in any process with a simple configuration and can prevent the substrate from lifting. <P>SOLUTION: A cleaning device for manufacturing information display panels that arrange a particle group as a display medium in each cell formed by a partition which sections space between two substrates placed facing each other, at least one of which is transparent, and display information by moving the particle group is provided. The cleaning device comprises: a rotating brush 31 arranged so as to slide with a reverse surface of the substrate, on which a partition is formed, for the purpose of removing particles residing on the reverse surface of the substrate 1 on the opposite side to the side where the partition is formed; a lifting prevention device 32 placed on the surface of the substrate to prevent the substrate from lifting; and dust suction units (33-2 and 38-2) that are arranged at least under the rotating brush to collect particles removed from the reverse surface of the substrate by the rotating brush. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
