<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit production by mechanical sewing using a sewing machine in producing shoes combining flexibility and designability of a McKay style manufacturing method and durability and cushioning property of a Goodyear welt style manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: An outsole 4 eliminating inside to have a sufficient space for filling a cushioning material 5 is directly sewn along the outer periphery of an insole 3 with upper 2 lasted, and then the cushioning material is filled.
