PURPOSE: A system for activating the circulation of content in the internet is provided to enable a user to selectively watch customized content by providing one or more key words to a hyperlink system. CONSTITUTION: A characteristic keyword reception unit(210) receives characteristic keyword determined by a content coordinator. A hyperlink providing unit(220) reconstructs a hyperlink system. The hyperlink system includes the title and the characteristic keyword of the content. A score management unit(230) calculates total scores of the content reference to user information. A communication unit(240) communicates with an external apparatus.
