<p>The profile cylinder key has a curvy longitudinal groove, which is eccentrically arranged between the outer boundary lines of the thick areas (3a,3b) with respect to its key longitudinal axis. The curvy longitudinal groove runs out from the tip of the key and provides predetermined path positions in the key insertion position.
