PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent a Zener diode by preventing the Zener diode from being formed on the slope of a cavity. CONSTITUTION: In a light emitting device, a cavity(101) is formed in a body and guides the light emitted from an LED. Cavity slopes(101a,101b) are formed in the body. A first electrode(103) and a second electrode(104) respectively mount the LED and a Zener diode. A sealing member(100a) is formed in an area adjacent to the first electrode and the second electrode. The sealing member are laminated on the cavity with a plurality layer. |
