TESTING SYSTEM OF SIMILARITIES OF CONCRETE PUMPING

PURPOSE: A testing system of the similarities of concrete pumping is provided to cost-efficiently perform a concrete pumping test similar to a real test. CONSTITUTION: A testing system(1) of the similarities of concrete pumping comprises a semi-scale pumping unit(10), a pumping property detection unit(20), a similarity analyzing and correcting unit(30), and an output unit(40). The semi-scale pumping unit pumps concrete. The pumping property detection unit measures the pressure of the pumped concrete and outputs the measured pressure data. The similarity analyzing and correcting unit receives the pressure data from the pumping property detection unit and generates a regularized pressure waveform. And the similarity analyzing and correcting unit estimates a parameter from the pressure waveform using a least-squares algorithm. The output unit outputs the pressure waveform outputted from the similarity analyzing and correcting unit.
