PURPOSE: A heating element for grilling is provided to prevent the center of a grilling plate from being concentratedly heated through heat radiating holes and guide protrusions of a cap. CONSTITUTION: A heating element for grilling comprises a cylindrical member(10) and a cone-shaped cap(20). The cone-shaped cap is composed of a stainless material and is placed on the top end of the cylindrical member. The cap is heated by a heating source supplied from the bottom end of the cylindrical member. Multiple heat radiating holes(21) and guide protrusions are integrally formed in the cap. The heat radiating holes radiate radiant heat from the cap to the outside. The guide protrusions are formed in the top end of each heat radiating hole.
