PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device is provided to improve luminous efficiency and lifetime property by efficiently controlling carrier balance which is inserted in a light-emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic light-emitting device comprises a plurality of intermediate layers, a light-emitting layer, a plurality of electron transport layers, and a second electrode. The light-emitting layer comprises host, luminous dopant, and secondary dopant. The host, the luminous dopant, and the secondary dopant have a different carrier transport property. The light-emitting layer is selected between a red light-emitting layer, a blue light-emitting layer, and a green light-emitting layer. Luminous dopant in the red light-emitting layer is selected between iridium complex and platinum complex. A plurality of intermediate layers has a laminated structure in which a first hole-transport layer, the intermediate layer, and a second hole-transport layer, the intermediate layer, and a third hole-transport layer is successively laminated. |
