PURPOSE: A manufacturing method capable of producing the electricity and an organic compound at the same time, a catalyst for a fuel cell electrode, and the fuel cell are provided to economically manufacture the electricity and the organic compound. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method capable of producing the electricity and an organic compound at the same time comprises the following steps: inserting first fuel to an anode of a fuel cell(100) including the anode(110), an electrolyte membrane(130), and a cathode; and inserting an oxidant to the cathode to partially oxidize the first fuel inside the anode for forming a first organic compound.
