PURPOSE: A snoring preventing apparatus is provided to enable a user to freely move tongue during sleep and remove resistance or foreign body sensation. CONSTITUTION: A snoring preventing apparatus comprises a body(1), an upper teeth receiving unit(3), a lower teeth receiving unit, and one or more airway pipes(6). The upper teeth receiving unit is arranged on the top of the body and includes an upper teeth fixing unit(2). The top of the upper teeth receiving unit is opened in order to receive at least one part of the upper teeth. The lower teeth receiving unit is arranged in the lower part of the body. The lower part of the lower teeth receiving unit is opened in order to receive at least one part of the lower teeth.
