PURPOSE: An MSDS preparation management system and a method thereof are provided to prepare the MSDS of managed materials through warning mark information according to noxious dangerousness classification and the MSDS of basic chemical materials, thereby performing a warning mark and MSDS preparation in a standardized mode. CONSTITUTION: A basic data management unit(31) receives standards for deciding noxious dangerousness classification about managed materials and warning mark information corresponding to the noxious dangerousness classification. A basic material management unit(32) prepares MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheets) including the warning mark information. According to the standards, a material classification decision unit(33) decides the noxious dangerousness classification of the managed materials. An MSDS preparation unit(34) prepares automatically the MSDS of the managed materials through the warning mark information and the MSDS of basic chemical materials. |
