PURPOSE: Health supplementary food using euphorbia humifusa as a main raw material, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the useful component of the euphorbia humifusa for the human body to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary food comprises the following steps: mixing euphorbia humifusa, giseng, angelica sinensis, phellinus linteus, glycyrrhiza uralensis, and jujube in a weight ratio of 1:0.02-0.1:0.02-0.1:0.01-0.05:0.02-0.1:0.05-0.2; and adding water into the mixture for hot water extracting at 100-120 deg C for 1-4 hours.
