FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to food industry. One proposes food compositions with dietary and preventive properties including, at preset ratio, food polyol or combinations of food polyols, dry extract of rosehips and/or dry extract of girasol, and/or sucralose, and/or stevioside.
