FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary and follow-up differentiation of the developed ore body or its part by separating extraction elements in mini blocks, which are represented with amenable, temporarily non-amenable, non-amenable and low-grade ore, as well as dead rock; development of amenable monometallic ore elements is performed automatically with preliminary intergranular destruction along crystal boundaries owing to thermoelastic stresses appearing in locally heated microzones created with the use of electromagnetic action, with further MeS oxidising roasting, MeO reduction to crude metal and its refining; oxidising roasting of monometallic sulphide ore is performed in local microzones of the developed thin layer; oxygen is supplied to the reaction zone with the use of the manipulator equipped with special oxygen supply control connections and special elements for extraction of gases with their further cleaning; at that, milli-extraction elements of different quality are separated from massif of the developed layer mainly by means of mechanical method and by using the working member of the special mobile unit manipulator. ^ EFFECT: increasing development efficiency of low-melting monometallic ore deposits. |
