CONSTITUTION: A nozzle(10) includes a plurality of nozzle(12) for supplying the link to a color filter. A supplier(20) with a plurality of supply unit is for supplying link to a nozzle. A combiner(30) combines link supplier with a nozzle device and combined in one surface of the supplier. |
