PURPOSE: A gripper for a door is provided to be used for various kinds of vehicles because lower and upper vacuum cups are rotated depending on the restricted section of a door. CONSTITUTION: A gripper(100) for a door comprises a frame(10), lower vacuum cups(20), moving units(30), upper vacuum cups(50), and rotating units(70). The lower vacuum cups are installed in both sides of the bottom of the frame to be horizontally movable and vacuum-suck the bottom end of a vehicle component. The moving units horizontally reciprocate the lower vacuum cups. The upper vacuum cups are installed in both sides of the top of the frame and vacuum-suck the top end of the vehicle component. The rotating units are connected to the upper vacuum cups at the top of the frame and vertically rotate the upper vacuum cups.
