PURPOSE: A pacifier mask for babies is provided to prevent the insertion of contaminated substances into the mouth of the babies by wearing the pacifier mask. CONSTITUTION: A pacifier mask for babies comprises the following: a main body(20) for secluding the insertion of foreign materials; a hanger unit(44) installed on the main body; and a pacifier unit(30) detachably installed on the center of the main body. The pacifier unit includes a base unit located on the main body, and a pacifier member(35) detachably installed on the base member.
