PURPOSE: A backpack is provided to enable a user to control the position and number of backpack strings according to the purpose of a wearer. CONSTITUTION: A backpack comprises: a backpack body(10) having four or more first fastening units; and one or more backpack strings(20) which has two or more second fastening units that are coupled with two or more first fastening units. The backpack string is manufactured in a straight line or a curved line shape. The first fastening units are respectively installed in the right and left and top and bottom of the backpack body.
