<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video recording apparatus enabling a recovery for incompletely recorded video content due to an omission caused by various factors during a program (content) recording. <P>SOLUTION: A video recording apparatus in accordance with an embodiment comprises: a first video recording means that continuously records program contents of a plurality of channels received with a plurality of tuners; and a second video recording means that records a directed program content independently from the first video recording means. The video recording apparatus detects and notifies an incompletion of recorded program contents on the second video recording means. If an incompletion of a video content recording is notified, a recorded content recovery direction is displayed so as to enable the direction input. Complying with the content recovery direction, a content associated with the detected video recording incompletion is extracted from the first video recording means and reproduced at the time of incompletion detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
