APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING CLOSING CAR DOOR OF ELEVATOR

PURPOSE: A car door closing prevention apparatus of an elevator is provided to prevent unintended closing of a car door by fixing a motor pulley to cut off the transmission of power to an idle pulley. CONSTITUTION: An elevator comprises a motor(30), an idle pulley, a belt, a car door, an elevator door, and a rotation stop unit. The idle pulley is installed on the opposite end of the motor. The car door is connected to the top and bottom of the belt and opened/closed according to the forward and reverse rotation of the belt. The elevator door has a weight closure and is opened/closed along with the car door. When power transmission to the motor is cut off, the rotation stop unit stops the axial rotation of a rotary shaft(32) of the motor in order to prevent closing of the car door.
