HEAT CONDUCTIVE SHEET WITH HIGH INSULATING PROPERTY AND HEAT RADIATOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive sheet which maintains high heat conductivity and further has additional characteristics such as an insulating property and an adhesive property.

SOLUTION: In the heat conductive sheet which has multilayered structure of two or more layers including a layer (A) and a layer (B) formed by lamination in a sheet thickness direction, the layer (A) includes a composition including an organic polymer compound and an insulating aspherical particles with a volume resistivity of ≥109Ω m and the insulating aspherical particles are oriented in a longitudinal direction toward a thickness direction of the layer (A), and the layer (B) includes an insulating resin composition of ≥10 kV/mm.
