<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provider a technique to accurately evacuate the birds by irradiating a wide range while adequately securing quantity of light, even if the irradiating target domain of the light is vast, when inhibiting bird strike using the light from the light-emitting diode. <P>SOLUTION: A bird evacuating apparatus includes: a photographing part which continuously photos a predetermined space region; a birds detecting part which detects birds which exist in the predetermined space region from images obtained by the photographing part; an output part which outputs a detection signal when the birds detecting part detects birds; a LED (light emitting diode) luminescent part which has a collimator, receives detection signal from the output part and emits nearly parallel light by predetermined time interval through the collimator; and a rotation reflector whose level cross-sectional shape is regular polygon, and which includes a predetermined rotary shaft, and a rotation body which contains a plurality of mirror planes which is parallel to a rotary shaft or inclined at a predetermined angle and rotate centering on the rotary shaft, and reflects nearly parallel light from an LED luminescent part at the mirror plane, and illuminates in the direction of predetermined space region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
