摘要 PURPOSE: A pem water electrolysis system of a polyelectrolyte using a three dimensional mesh is provided to improve production efficiency by reducing costs required for manufacturing a titanium flow plate. CONSTITUTION: A pem water electrolysis system of a polyelectrolyte using a three dimensional mesh comprises membrane-electrode assemblies and flow plates(110). The flow plates are formed by coupling three-dimensional meshes(200) and flat separation plates(201). The three-dimensional meshes are formed using titanium and are used as a flow path. Each unit mesh of the three-dimensional meshes is formed in a diamond shape. Each membrane-electrode assembly is composed of a polyelectrolyte membrane(101), hydrogen and oxygen electrode catalyst layers(102), and electrode layers(103). The hydrogen and oxygen electrode catalyst layers are formed on both surfaces of the polyelectrolyte membrane. The electrode layers are formed on each catalyst layer.
