PURPOSE: A thermal property analysis system of a subject using a non-visible ray image is provided to minimize manpower loss. CONSTITUTION: A thermal property analysis system of a subject using a non-visible ray image comprises a non-visible ray camera(110), an environmental information gathering part(120) and an analysis device(130). The non-visible ray camera generates digital image signals by taking a non-visible ray image of the subject. The subject comprises a building. The environmental information is related to temperature, humidity, wind and light.
