<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for reduction of the contents of unsaturated compounds of a hydrocarbon fraction, and more particularly a process for selective reduction of the contents of unsaturated compounds, and in particular benzene, of at least one hydrocarbon fraction. <P>SOLUTION: A feedstock, such as hydrocarbons that comprise at least 4 carbon atoms per molecule and that comprise at least one unsaturated compound including benzene, is treated in a distillation zone 2, associated with hydrogenation reaction zones 3a and 3b and an isomerization zone, wherein the hydrogenation reaction zone is at least in part outside of the distillation zone, so as to discharge, at the top of the distillation zone and at the bottom of the distillation zone, an effluent that is low in unsaturated compounds. The process includes the treatment of at least a second feedstock. If the second feedstock comprises at least one unsaturated compound including benzene, at least part thereof is directly injected into the hydrogenation zone that is inside of the distillation zone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
