<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of a user who has to set necessary information when making an internal call between an internal phone connected to an internal network and a phone connected to an external network. <P>SOLUTION: When a phone, which is in a user virtual private network (VPN), accommodated in an external network makes a call to an internal phone accommodated in an internal network via VPN, a center VPN terminal acquires an IP address to be allocated to a user VPN terminal and an extension number to be allocated to the phone from an authentication server.
